Getting you connected

Feedback from some of recently connected customers

Joshua and the team have been fantastic from start to finish they came and installed was very professional and polite did a nice neat job of the installation. The broadband itself seems great so far not slowed down while the kids have been playing their games either.

The two engineers are a pleasure to have in your home and they won't give up until things are working well. The job went quickly and so they had time before their next job to go through everything with me and test the signal everywhere. Chris really is an asset to your company... he is excellent with people and nothing is too much trouble for him. Please tell who needs to know that he really does deserve recognition of some kind. He is, after all, the front man for the company and I can assure you, he does the company proud.

What makes Connexin’s Ultrafast broadband different?

For hard to reach areas where broadband is more costly to build, the government is investing £5 billion to ensure places are not left behind. With the Rural gigabit voucher scheme we are required to provide equipment which is capable of delivering up to 1GBPS. Typically this equipment and installation is too expensive for the regular consumer customer, however with the voucher scheme we are able to provide ultrafast speeds to residents and offer free installation.

How are you delivering Ultrafast Broadband?

We use a mix of Fixed Wireless Access technology and existing Openreach network to deliver ultra fast download speeds in rural areas. We avoid the need of digging up road and pathways where possible to minimise disruption to the local residents and impact on the environment.

Will weather effect my service?

Very severe weather conditions may effect the speeds however on a day to day basis weather should not have an effect on your connectivity.
