How do I download the Connexin Business app?
You can download our Connexin Business App by searching "Connexin Business" in the Android and Apple App Stores. It’s available on both smartphones and tablet devices.
How do I log into the Connexin Business app?
Once you’ve launched the app, hit ‘let’s get started’. When creating an account, it’s important you use the same email address you used to sign up to Connexin Business Fibre.
From there, the app will guide you through the setup, you’ll need to scan the QR Code on the back (or side) of your router to get connected.
Do I need to pay to access the Connexin Business app?
We’ve made the Connexin Business app free for all Connexin Business Fibre customers! Plus, we include enhanced cyber security as standard, which offers full network protection for every connected device.
