Are you an experienced sales professional with industry experience? Are you able to bring existing business as well as developing new business? You will be responsible for a sales target and must be able to generate revenue quickly whilst delivering excellence in customer relationship management.

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer 
Job Type: Full time & Permanent

Location: Hull (Remote pending government guidance)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + Bonus

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and building new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their business requirements
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance to develop further cross sell and up sell opportunities
  • Preparing and sending accurate quotations and proposals to customers as per the company sales process
  • Developing, contacting and responding to sales enquiries via different methods of communications such as telephone, email, chat as well as face to face meetings.
  • Developing and managing sales pipeline in order to meet personal as well as company sales targets
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Work closely with internal and external Lead Generation team to develop sales pipeline
  • Negotiating deals to drive the best outcome for the company as well as for the customers
  • Representing Connexin at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Handling and analyse customer complaints and feedback to build long-lasting relationship and drive continuous improvements
