Customer Service Engineer – Field Based (Hull)

The Role

We are currently looking for a hard-working and dedicated customer service engineer to join our customer Care team – which is responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and experience. The role is field based and involves physical engineering and working at height.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing memorable, high-quality customer service at all times

* Installation, maintenance and de-installation of a range of wireless equipment both on your own and as part of a team

* Installation and termination of structured cabling

* Working at heights, this includes successfully passing the training provided prior to starting field work

* Act professionally, demonstrating excellent timekeeping and communication skills at all times

* Carry out work safely at all times

* Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the post

Preferred Skills

* Full clean driving license Essential

* Able to work at heights

* Previous engineering experience although not essential as full training will be provided

* Previous customer service experience

* Ability to work to deadline and under pressure

* Good team working skills

* Honest and hard working

* A good understanding and knowledge of wireless and traditional broadband and ethernet services

* A good understanding of VoIP
