The Amsterdam Challenge Saturday 25th January 2025

Early Morning: Departure from Sewell Group Craven Park with executive coach transportation to Leeds Bradford Airport.

Morning: Flight to the Netherlands and transfer to NRCA Stadium with the travelling Hull KR 1st team squad!

Event: Watch the 2025 RugbyLeague.com Amsterdam Challenge. Kick-off at 2:30 PM local time.

Evening: Return Journey.

Late Night: Arrival Back at Sewell Group Craven Park (ETA 11:00 PM).

Additional Prize: £200 spending money will be provided to share between the winners for use during your trip.

Please note all additional details of the itinerary will be shared with the winner by an official at Hull KR days before the match day.

1. General Competition Details

1.1. The competition is open from 7th January 2025 and will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, 19th January 2025.

1.2. Winners will be selected and notified by Monday, 20th January 2025.

1.3. The prize is non-transferable and must be redeemed on Saturday, 25th January 2025. No monetary equivalent prize will be offered.

1.4 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over as of the competition closing date.

2.2. Winners must possess a valid passport with at least six months remaining until expiration from the date of travel.

2.3. Winners must be eligible and able to travel internationally, including to the Netherlands.

3. Prize Details

3.1. The prize includes:

• Executive coach transportation from Sewell Group Craven Park, Hull to Leeds Bradford Airport and back.

• Round-trip flights between Leeds Bradford Airport and Rotterdam Airport.

• Coach transfers to and from NRCA Stadium.

• Entry to the 2025 RugbyLeague.com Amsterdam Challenge.

• £200 spending money for the two winners to share.

3.2. The prize does not include:

• Meals, drinks, or other personal expenses beyond the provided spending money.

• Travel insurance (participants are responsible for arranging their own).

4. Winner Responsibilities

4.1. Winners must ensure they are available to depart on 25th January 2025 at the stated time.

4.2. Winners must provide Hull KR with required travel information (passport details, etc.) when requested on Monday, 20th January. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited.

4.3. Spending money will be provided in advance or on the day of departure, at Connexin’s discretion.

5. Liability

5.1. Connexin and Hull KR are not responsible for any travel disruptions, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.

5.2. Winners participate at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Connexin reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition or travel arrangements if circumstances beyond its control make it unavoidable.

6.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

7. Personal Information

7.1. Participants must provide their first name, last name, email address, and telephone number when entering the competition.

7.2. This information will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winner.

7.3. Connexin will not use the provided personal information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to fulfil the prize.

7.4. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Connexin’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
