How do I register for a Connexin account? |
|

Signing up is a
simple process and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
Simply visit our Pricing page and choose the a call plan
that best suits your needs. Once you have signed up for an
account, provided you have paid the necessary fees, a
welcome email will be sent to you containing your account
details. Please keep them safe as you would need them to
setup your IP phone or softphone. |

Is
there a signup fee? |

Yes we charge a £1
(ex VAT) set up fee for all number signups. Orders will not
be processed if we have not received full payment. |

What do I need to start making calls? |
|
|
Before you can
make a call you need to make sure you have a Connexin
account, a VoIP device such as a VoIP phone or PC phone and
sufficient account credit. |

How do I make national and international calls? |
|
|
To make a
successful national call dial the number including the full
local area code + phone number. For international calls
please dial the country code + area code + phone number. |
