Configuring the PC
phone to work with your Connexin VoIP service is an easy
process, following these steps you will be able to make
internet calls in no time.
After you have successfully installed the PC phone, you will
be prompted with the following screen:

Click the Add
button.

Fill in the fields
on the Account tab as they appear in the above image. The
fields that need to be completed are:
•
Display Name: Enter the name you would like to display
on your SIP calls.
•
User name: Your Connexin phone number.
•
Password: Your Connexin VoIP password.
•
Authorization user name: Your Connexin phone number.
•
Domain: 85.90.225.100
Ensure there is a tick next to Register with domain and
receive incoming calls and activate the button for
proxy. Enter the address as 85.90.225.100.

Click on the Voicemail tab and place a tick next to Check
for Voicemail. Enter the number *99 in the
Number to dial for checking voicemail, then click OK.

Your SIP Accounts window should now contain an
enabled account, click Close.

You will now be presented with the dialler screen, this is
the interface used to make and receive calls. To make a
call, simply enter the phone number you wish to dial then
click on the green phone
symbol.
In order to test that you have successfully configured your
phone, please dial 789 now. You will hear a recording if
your call is successful, if not please double check your
configuration settings.

Upon completion of the call, the dialler will appear as
above. To adjust your volume, use the sliding bar on the
right. To end the call, click on the
red phone button.
Congratulations, you have completed your first VoIP call
with Connexin!
