What do you need to get started

A broadband Internet connection is required as standard. We recommend an Internet connection speed of at least 1Mb or greater to enjoy high quality calls. Why not get Connexin broadband for your home? Our broadband is optimised for VoIP to ensure the highest possible call quality. You will also need a compatible IP phone, adaptor or Softphone. You can get these from our Online Shop. Alternatively, download our Softphone to get chatting straight away.

Setting up Connexin

Once you have registered with us, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details necessary to get started. Please print this email or Note down your personal details and enter them into your IP phone or Softphone. Now you can start making FREE calls straight away, simple!
