Connexin can port numbers from BT, Virgin, KC and most other providers in the UK.
We want everyone to be able to experience the true benefits of the internet. Once your number is on our system, it stays with you wherever you go. So if you are moving home, all you have to do is unplug the Connexin phone, take it to your new house and plug it in. Simple.

Porting Process
We take care of the process from start to finish
The whole process is simple. There are 2 forms to be filled in. You can download them here. Once complete, please either fax them across to us (0207 148 3646) or scan and email them to us. We will take care of the rest and keep you updated during the entire process so you know exactly when the porting will be completed. If for any reasons there are any problems we will notify you straight away.
Note that once the number has been ported over, any associated services that are currently on your existing line such as broadband will cease.

Porting Time Scale & Cost
Good things come to those who wait
The process of porting a number takes approximately 5 - 10 working days. The number will be fully functional until the day that the port takes place. We will notify you of the date and the approximate time the porting will take place once we have confirmation from your previous provider. If you have any questions during the porting period, please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team.
The cost of porting is as follows:
- £20.00 per number port
- £20.00 per rejection
