Getting started with
Connexin is as easy as 1 2 3. We've made Connexin it
easy to get started. All Connexin hardware comes
preconfigured. That means, no more entering
complicated account details, simply plug in and you
are ready to go. If you need any help getting

1. Registering with
Connexin |

Registering is easy peasey lemon squeezy.
Choose from one of our call plans.
We offer a simple Pay As
You Go plan and 2 monthly plans (UK
Unlimited and International Unlimited).

Once you have signed up and your payment has
been processed, a
welcome email will be sent to you containing
your account details. Please keep this email safe
as you will need these to access your
account or setup hardware.

2. Setting up your IP
phone or Softphone |

You can use a softphone or VoIP handset. Our
softphone is free
to download, however, we do recommend you
use a VoIP handset for the best VoIP
experience.
Most hardware comes preconfigured with your
Connexin account details, however, if you
find you need to setup manually we have
several easy to follow setup guides which
can walk you through the setup in minutes.

3. Enjoy using
