Simply login
online and click on Call Records, specify the date and time
into the calendar and press Show CDRs to see your records.
The system will show you a summary of your charges and your
payments, with the selected calls listed underneath.
When will I be charged?
For all Pay As You
Go customers, you will only be charged when you top up
online manually. For our UK Unlimited and International
Unlimited customers, an invoice will be sent to you on a
monthly basis. For example, if you have signed up on the
28th, you will then be charged on the 28th of every month.
What payment methods are available?
We accept more
major credit/debit cards. Google Checkout and Direct Debit
are available for our monthly customers. We recommend our
customers to choose the Direct Debit payment method as they
would not need to worry about making manual payments online.
* All calls are free
between Connexin Customers 24/7 and in selected packages. However
calls to non Connexin Customers may be charged at our advertised
rates. Subject to fair usage.
