"I had a few initial problems using Connexin over a Wimax network in Spain. I did however eventually discover that the problem lay with a fault in the router connecting me to the internet. It is working very well now. Indeed you are the only provider of VOIP I have tried that does not suffer from a problem of some sort or another.

"I emailed on Tuesday several times to ask about the product - set it up effortlessly but had problems getting x-lite to work on my mac. I continued to email for support and rather than being ignored because I didn't want to buy something I got a reply in five minutes. The support team worked with me for 2 days to solve the problem and didn't give up on it.

I have an 0845 and a geo-local number which forwards to the 0845 number free of charge. There is no set up cost or monthly fee for the numbers.

You can top the account up as little or as often as you like and even if it is inactive for 6 months you are reminded to use it before it is closed.

The call tariffs are slightly more expensive than other companies but the customer services makes up for this by far. I personally don't mind paying a little extra to know that if there is a problem there will be help to fix it quick rather than enduring days of downtime.
