Connexin Office combines enterprise class voice optimised broadband and our VirtualPhone System to offer a real alternative to traditional fixed line telephony at a fraction of the normal cost. The broadband service is delivered in conjunction with internet specialists Tiscali and offers a fast, efficient and reliable connection directly to the Connexin Core VoIP platform.

The VoIP service is a fully featured hosted internet telecommunications package, it can be set up for offices with 1 user to 100 users. Users have access to a wide range of benefits, such as an Auto Attendant caller menu, call holding, transfer and forwarding, voicemail, voice message to email, fax to email and a conference service.

SDSL/ADSL Broadband Internet

With speeds of up to 16Mb download and 2.5Mb upload (subject to availability), voice calls are guaranteed to be at the highest possible quality. It also ensures any heavy data-streaming or transfer is performed with ease.

Porting of Existing Numbers

Whether you are with BT, or another VoIP company, we can port your old number/numbers across to us. Turn them into VoIP numbers to save money on calls. (We can only port numbers from certain VoIP companies.)

Conference Service

Why travel for meetings when you can teleconference, our conference service enables up to 100 simultaneous callers. Callers simply dial your office number, key in the six digit number and you are in!

Fax to Email

Similar to our Advanced Voicemail service, your auto attendant will answer fax calls and email an Acrobat .pdf file of the fax to a defined email address.

Advanced Managed Telecom System

Full voice menu available to ensure calls are answered and routed to the correct person. The service can be time and date dependent, such that out-of-hours callers will hear a different message to callers who are calling during working hours.

FREE Direct Dial Numbers

Select a FREE local geographical or non-geographical number of your choice. This number can handle 100 simultaneous calls at once. We can also provide International numbers.

Advanced Voicemail

Fully customisable voicemail service at your fingertips. Voice messages can be accessed online, replayed over the phone, or forwarded to your chosen email inbox so you can check your message wherever you are.

2nd Level Email Support
