Conferencing

The Connexin Conferencing Service is an easy to use conferencing system that is accessed by dialling a dedicated conferencing number of your choice, or it can be linked to a Connexin VirtualPhone System.

Why travel for meetings when you can teleconference, and the Connexin Conference service enables up to 100 simultaneous callers. To use this service, callers simply just dial in, key in the six digit PIN number and you are conferencing!

For New Customers

If you are signing up for our VirtualPhone System, you will have the choice to choose whether you want a free internal conference number or a chargeable UK Direct Dial number as an add-on. The free internal conference number is typically linked to your Auto Attendant so that conference callers ring your usual office number and, for example, press # to join the conference where they will be prompted for the PIN Code.

For Existing Customer

We can add either a free internal conference number or a chargeable UK Direct Dial number to your existing account.

The free internal conference number is typically linked to your Auto Attendant, so that conference callers ring your usual office number and, for example, press # to join the conference where they will be prompted for the PIN Code.

Conference calls cost 2p per minute per conference caller.
